LOR Direct Refund & Return Policy

At LOR Direct, we are committed to providing high-quality health and wellness testing products and services. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.
No Returns or Refunds
All purchases made through LOR Direct are non-refundable and non-returnable. This includes, but is not limited to:
• At-home specimen collection kits
• Diagnostic testing services
• Laboratory testing panels
• Wellness testing products
• Promotional, discounted, or bundled products
Because our products are intended for personal health use and involve specimen collection, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been placed.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at direct@lordiagnostics.com.
Please include:
• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Photos of the damaged or incorrect item (if applicable)
Our team will review the issue and, at our sole discretion, may provide a replacement kit or corrective action.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
LOR Direct is not responsible for shipping carrier delays once an order has been transferred to the carrier. If your package is lost in transit, please contact us at direct@lordiagnostics.com and we will assist in filing a carrier claim when applicable.
Testing Services
Refunds will not be issued for completed laboratory testing services. Once a specimen has been submitted, received, processed, or tested by our laboratory, the order is considered fulfilled and is not eligible for cancellation, return, or refund.
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled prior to shipment. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded.
